Should I bring my own yoga mat and equipment?

We provide all essential yoga props for your training, including:

  • Meditation cushions

You’re welcome to bring personal items if preferred, though it’s not required. Many students appreciate traveling light and using our sanitized, well-maintained equipment.

What medical support is available during the program?
